Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst to support our client’s plant finance team in West Michigan. Remote start up to relocation completion with comprehensive training and onboarding will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting/financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts and variance analyses for manufacturing cost centers.
• Perform cost accounting, SOX compliance, and journal entries as needed.
• Support budgeting, internal control testing, and management reporting.
• Collaborate with auditors and cross-functional teams on pricing and profitability.
