Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst to support a West Michigan client with a full relocation package. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and SOX compliance in a growing manufacturing environment.

Remote start is allowed for 30–60 days while relocation is arranged. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with Epicor, Oracle, or Hyperion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience with financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience with SOX compliance and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts and assist with budgeting and variance analysis.
• Conduct monthly account reconciliations and inventory analysis.
• Support SOX compliance and internal control testing.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with audits.
