Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Oregon is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to coordinate monthly forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting for multiple business units. You will build robust financial models, analyze P&L impacts, and deliver actionable insights to improve forecasting accuracy and strategic decision making.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel and communication skills, 3–5 years of related experience, and MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics or Data Analytics.
• MBA with emphasis in Finance or Analytics preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in public accounting and/or large company equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting: consolidate inputs, track variances and improve accuracy and process.
• Budgeting: develop baseline growth models, drive planning calendar and design executive-level rollups.
• Business Analysis: conduct ad-hoc analysis for decision support and RFPs, assess P&L impacts.
• Reporting: own monthly business performance reporting and KPI reporting; prepare information for management meetings.
• Travel: travel is not an essential duty or function of this job.
