Advantage Solutions in St. Louis seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to coordinate monthly forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for the company. You will build models, track variances, and provide insights to improve forecast accuracy and decision support.

The role involves preparing monthly performance reports, collaborating across functions, and supporting financial reporting for management meetings. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and 3–5 years of experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• MBA with emphasis in Finance or Analytics preferred.
• Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics related field experience welcome.
• 3-5 years of public accounting or large company experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Forecasting: consolidate inputs, track variances and identify key drivers.
• Budgeting: develop baseline growth models and executive-level rollups for presentation.
• Business Analysis: perform ad-hoc analysis for decision support and P&L assessments.
• Reporting: contribute to monthly performance reporting and financial disclosures.
