Advantage Solutions, a leading sales and marketing agency, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Saint Louis, MO to coordinate monthly forecasting, budgeting, and business case modeling for the company.

You will conduct ad-hoc analyses, develop executive-level rollups, deliver monthly performance reporting, and provide actionable insights to improve forecasting accuracy and decision making. Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• MBA with emphasis in Finance or Analytics preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in public accounting and/or large company experience.

Responsabilités

• Forecasting: assist monthly forecasting by consolidating inputs, tracking variances and identifying key drivers.
• Budgeting: assist annual budgeting, develop baseline growth models and executive rollups for presentation.
• Business analysis: perform ad-hoc analyses for decision support and modeling for RFPs and P&L impacts.
• Reporting: contribute to monthly performance reporting and variance explanations.
