Augmentis Group is seeking a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst for a role with comprehensive relocation support to West Michigan. The position provides key financial support to a manufacturing plant, including budgeting, forecasting, month‑end close, and internal controls testing.

The role requires 2+ years in accounting/financial analysis, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Epicor/Oracle/Hyperion a plus. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience with financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Epicor/Oracle/Hyperion helpful.
• This position is ITAR‑restricted and requires U.S. person status.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and weekly forecasts and analyze results.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and inventory analysis.
• Conduct self‑assessment audits and ensure SOX compliance.
• Analyze monthly manufacturing variances and plant costs affecting job costing.
• Support cross‑functional development of departmental budgets and reporting.
• Assist auditors on facility audits.
• Help management assess pricing and profitability.
• Report actual financial results and performance to corporate monthly.
• Prepare and post journal entries; handle other accounting tasks.
