Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
- Strong analytical and accounting skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with financial analysis, reporting, and cost accounting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly forecasts and weekly updates for the plant.
- Perform account reconciliations and inventory analysis.
- Assist with SOX compliance and internal controls testing.
- Analyze manufacturing variances and plant costs affecting job costing.
- Support budgeting processes and periodic performance reporting.
- Assist auditors during facility audits.
- Post journal entries and support other accounting tasks as needed.
