• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years in accounting/financial analysis preferred.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with data synthesis.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; cross-functional cooperation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/BI tools experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts and weekly updates for the plant.
• Conduct account reconciliations and inventory analysis.
• Perform SOX compliance-related activities and internal control testing.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and plant costs affecting job costing.
• Assist in budgeting processes and periodic metric reporting.
• Support audits by internal and external teams.
• Assist pricing and profitability assessments for products/services.
• Post journal entries and handle routine accounting tasks.
