Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• 2+ years of accounting/financial experience with financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts and analyses of financial and operational results.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and inventory analysis.
• Support SOX compliance and internal controls testing.
• Analyze variances in manufacturing costs and plant expenses affecting job costing.
• Assist in budgeting processes and periodic metric reporting.
• Support internal/external audits and pricing/profitability assessments.
• Post journal entries and handle other accounting tasks as needed.
