Job summary

City of Houston seeks a Financial Analyst IV to deliver advanced financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning support for the Houston Airport System. Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a finance/accounting/business field.
• Master's degree can substitute for two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support senior management.
• Assist in preparing and updating the annual five-year CIP for the Airport System.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal HAS divisions to analyze performance and provide recommendations.
• Automate reporting processes and improve data visualization and accuracy.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or closely related field

Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience
