The ideal candidate has experience in nonprofit accounting, grant management, and financial modeling, with strong Excel skills and the ability to present complex data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and performance metrics.
• Support annual budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes across departments.
• Monitor budgets to ensure resource allocation and donor compliance across programs.
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Develop financial models, forecasting tools, dashboards, and management reports.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate financial performance and support grant reporting.
