Our client is a nearly 100-year-old manufacturing company with a strong reputation as the original manufacturer of a highly specialized product category. The company recently purchased a new manufacturing facility in Philadelphia, representing a major investment in its future.

The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, the company is adding an FP&A / Business Planning Analyst to its finance team.
This is a highly visible position reporting directly to the CFO, with significant interaction with senior leadership and ownership. The ideal candidate will be an A-player with at least 3 years of FP&A experience, with manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
This person will play an important role in helping leadership understand the financial and operational drivers of the business, evaluate investments and initiatives, monitor KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
We're looking for someone who understands that FP&A is about more than reporting numbers. You should be able to look at the data, understand what is driving the results, evaluate ROI, and recommend what the business should do next.
