Growing Manufacturing Company in Philadelphia, PA is hiring an FP&A / Business Planning Analyst to join its finance team. The role reports to the CFO and engages with senior leadership to drive data-driven decisions and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years FP&A experience, manufacturing exposure preferred, and a strong command of ROI and profitability drivers. This is a fully on-site role supporting budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years FP&A or related financial analysis experience
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of ROI, profitability, and financial drivers
• Analytical and metrics-driven mindset
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to analyze business performance and support strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and business plans
• Own and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Participate in regular KPI meetings with senior leadership
• Evaluate the ROI and financial impact of business initiatives and investments
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and operational performance
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast and investigate key variances
• Partner with operational and cross-functional teams to understand business drivers
• Translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Help build scalable reporting and planning processes as the company continues to grow
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support strategic projects for the CFO and ownership
