Job summary

SENTA Partners, a leading MSO focused on supporting ENT and Allergy private practices, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to drive aggressive M&A and organic growth initiatives. The role supports FP&A with monthly reviews and company-wide budgeting.

You will build financial models, screen acquisitions, and partner with senior leadership to shape strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs. This role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional work experience.
• 1–2 years in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or strategic planning, preferred.
• Prior experience in dental or healthcare, preferred.
• Strong modeling skills and use of Excel.
• Clear communicator; makes analysis easy to understand.
• Strategic thinker; considers long- and short-term implications.
• Collaborative approach; able to work across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Screen acquisition opportunities aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Conduct due diligence analyses to build cases and identify issues.
• Create integrated financial and M&A models to drive decisions and post-close budgets.
• Prepare presentation materials for executives and the Board.
• Interact with internal teams and external advisors (legal, tax, etc.).
• Develop integration and improvement plans for acquired businesses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define projects and deliver results.
