ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a highly motivated Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis for the Tarrytown Corporate office. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, partnering with senior leadership to shape strategic financial plans and drive data-driven decisions.

The role oversees a FP&A team, leverages Workday tools for budgeting and reporting, and collaborates with operations across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, budgeting, and financial analysis experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Hands-on Workday experience preferred but not required.
• Experience managing multi-company and multi-location budgets exceeding $100M.
• Healthcare or corporate finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning for multiple entities.
• Develop and monitor multi-year capital budgets with cross-functional teams.
• Build financial models to support strategic initiatives and investments.
• Analyze monthly performance, explain variances, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare executive reports and partner with senior leadership on results.
