You will oversee the Lucernex platform, support SEC filings, and collaborate with accounting, finance, real estate, legal, and operating company teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Experience with lease accounting ASC 842 and Lucernex a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease Accounting (Lucernex): manage global lease data and calculations per ASC 842.
• Technical Accounting: provide guidance on significant transactions and disclosures.
• SEC Reporting Support: assist with 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K filings and footnotes.
• Process Enhancement & Innovation: identify and implement efficiency improvements in reporting.
• Compliance and Controls: support audits and internal controls.
