Veralto is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst in Waltham, MA, offering a hybrid work arrangement. You will play a key role in global lease accounting, external financial reporting, and continuous process improvements within a collaborative Corporate Finance team.
You will manage Lucernex lease accounting, provide US GAAP guidance, assist SEC filings, and help advance automation and controls. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of accounting experience and a Bachelors in Accounting/Finance.

As a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst at Veralto, you'll join a collaborative Corporate Finance team in a highly visible role that blends global lease accounting, external financial reporting, and process improvement. This role plays an important part in centrally managing lease accounting across Veralto's operating companies, helping ensure accuracy, consistency, and strong partnership with local finance teams around the world. You'll serve as a key point of contact for lease accounting guidance, support work within Lucernex, and contribute to SEC reporting activities for a global public company. This is a great fit for someone who is ambitious, tech-savvy, and excited to keep learning.
