Job summary

Chatham Financial is seeking an Analyst to join their program in Colorado, working closely with senior decision-makers in real estate, private equity, and corporate finance. You’ll help bring clarity to complexity, deliver insights, and contribute to client engagements from day one.

You’ll gain exposure to derivatives, debt management, and valuation, with mentorship and six firm-wide courses to accelerate your learning and impact as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• GPA of 3.5+ strongly preferred.
• Willingness to start full-time on Jul 12, 2027. Onsite work requirement.

Responsibilities

• Support real client engagements from day one.
• Structure and execute derivative trades and model financing structures.
• Analyze client exposures across rates, FX, and commodities.
