AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance to partner with Operations, Global Account Management, and finance teams. You will analyze billing processes, optimize collections, and drive data-driven improvements using Excel and Power BI.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years in transportation, logistics, or operational finance.
• Experience supporting billing, accounts receivable/payable, and process improvement.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including Operations, Billing, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools for reporting.
• Familiarity with TMS systems such as WorldPort and CargoWise.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze billing, collections, and vendor payments to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement projects sponsored by AR/AP leadership.
• Review aged receivables and identify root causes of delays and resolutions.
• Develop dashboards and reports to preempt issues before they become uncollectible.
• Leverage Excel and Power BI to validate rates against contracts and tariffs.
• Support vendor billing trends analysis and automation initiatives.
