Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning Analyst to oversee monthly forecasting, cost variance reporting, and financial planning for Warehousing and Freight operations. The role includes maintaining accounting entries, evaluating freight rates, and delivering KPI insights using Power BI to leadership.

Required is a Bachelor's degree in related fields and 2+ years in Finance or FP&A, with strong US GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, and/or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of experience in Finance or FP&A.

Responsabilités

• Support month end closing & reporting processes for accurate financial reporting.
• Complete timely account reconciliations per Carrier standards.
• Maintain standard work documentation of processes and configurations.
• Support monthly forecasting and annual plan for Warehousing and Freight costs.
• Analyze and recommend freight rates for BU product lines.
• Utilize Power BI and other tools to create KPI reports.
