Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial and analytical support to senior management, group logistics managers, and logistics managers. The role includes month-end close, forecasting, and cost/productivity initiatives.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree, 2–4 years in corporate finance, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Travel to HQ in Coral Gables, FL occurs two times per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Related field is required.
• MBA preferred.
• 2–4 years in corporate Finance in a Fortune 500 company or consulting firm.
• 5+ years post MBA preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Month-End Closing: journal entries and variance explanations.
• Identify cost/productivity improvement opportunities with DOO/DOS/DOR.
• Forecasting, planning and branch performance analysis.
• Provide financial training to Business Unit staff.
• SOX compliance: branch audits as needed.
• Coordinate with Shared Services Center and Corporate Accounting.
