Job summary

TechSource, a Salas O'Brien company, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support the NNSA NA-125 HDBT program in Albuquerque, NM. You will drive PPBE budgeting, project controls, and reporting, coordinating between federal managers, PMs, and M&O contractors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years federal budgeting experience, and an active security clearance; advanced Excel skills and EVMS experience are essential. On-site employment with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, program management, or related field.
• Active Q or Top Secret security clearance.
• 5+ years of federal budgeting and project controls experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.
• PPBE process and cost analysis experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Budget programming and formulation for the Five-Year Nuclear Security Program; create narratives and funding tables.
• Execution monitoring and funding coordination across national labs; review plans and finances.
• Project controls: EVMS metrics, IMS analyses, and cost plan assessments.
• Executive reporting: dashboards and briefings for Congress/OMB inquiries.
