Responsibilities include coor-dination with federal managers, labs, and M&O contractors to ensure accurate reporting and schedule integration. Requires advanced Excel skills and 5+ years in federal budgeting or defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, program management, or related discipline.
• Active Q or Top Secret security clearance.
• 5+ years of experience supporting federal budgeting, project controls, defense programs, or contractor finance.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Federal systems software experience.
• PPBE process and cost analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Budget Programming and Formulation - Maintain multi-year financial models and prepare budget narratives.
• Execution Monitoring and Funding Coordination - Monitor funding allocations and prepare documentation.
• Project Controls and Performance Management - Analyze EVMS metrics and track milestones.
• Executive Reporting and Quality Assurance - Draft responses for Congressional inquiries and develop dashboards.
