Job summary

TechSource, LLC is seeking a full-time Program Engineer to support the Federal Program Manager and liaison with NNSA/DP/DOD as part of the W87-1 Modification Program. You’ll assist the FPM, Lead Engineer, and Senior Engineers with technical oversight, program management, and integration on-site in Albuquerque, NM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.
• Active Q or Top Secret security clearance.
• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• Nuclear weapon and deliver platform experience, including knowledge of the 6.X process.
• NNSA and Department of Defense interagency experience.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Some travel is required (20%).

Responsibilities

• Advise FPO on cost, scope, and schedule for major system acquisitions.
• Apply systems engineering for an integrated program baseline.
• Use programmatic tools and risk databases to manage project responsibilities.
• Analyze, evaluate, and integrate solutions for complex problems.
• Identify, track, mitigate, and resolve technical risks.
• Participate in Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings.
• Provide guidance for program integration.
