Job summary

TechSource in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support PPBE for NA-125. You will manage multi-year budgets, monitor funding, and track cost performance for HDBT programs at federal labs and national facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, program management or related field.
• Active Q or Top Secret clearance.
• 5+ years of federal budgeting, project controls or defense finance experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and complex formulas.
• PPBE process knowledge and cost analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Budget programming and formulation for multi-year financial plans and federal submissions.
• Monitor funding allocations, prepare documentation, and analyze variances.
• Perform EVMS/IMS performance analysis and cost plan assessments.
• Create executive briefs, dashboards, and responses for inquiries.
