Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Finance Analyst to lead day-to-day SOW and deliverables for the KC-46 Tankers FA Defense program. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, and to develop, review, and maintain cost/schedule baselines.

You will perform EVM/EAC analyses, create performance reports for senior management, and mentor junior analysts while driving process improvements across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in a business-related function with finance focus.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, and data linking.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Estimates at Completion (EAC).
• Experience handling large Excel datasets.
• U.S. Person required; no visa sponsorship.
• Leadership experience leading projects or teams.
• Preferred: 5+ years of related work or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience with BEST Planner or CSPR.
• Preferred: Multi-project management capabilities.
• Preferred: Financial modeling and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day SOW and deliverables management for the program.

• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decisions.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain cost and schedule performance baselines.
• Support EVM practices, variance analyses, and trend communications.
• Mentor junior analysts and participate in process improvement.
• Serve as a change agent and lead continuous improvement.
