Job summary

Afflatus LLC is seeking a Senior Specialist, Program Finance to support complex aerospace and defense programs. The role focuses on financial analysis, forecasting, and EVMS-related reporting, partnering with program leadership and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong EVM/EVMS, forecasting, and program-finance experience, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years finance experience, or graduate degree with 4+ years.
• 10 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience supporting complex programs in a finance or program-finance environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Palm Bay, FL.

Responsibilities

• Support complex aerospace/defense programs with cost-plus and fixed-price contracts.
• Prepare and analyze sales, profit, and cash forecasts.
• Perform financial analysis and program performance reporting.
• Support EVMS activities and reporting.
• Prepare internal and customer-facing financial reports.
• Support financial audits and related activities.
• Analyze financial performance, risks, and variances.
• Partner with program managers to aid financial decision-making.
• Work with multiple contract types and understand their financial implications.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and controls.
• Identify and resolve complex financial issues.
• Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Present financial information to stakeholders as needed.
