Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling or risk assessment.
• 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Leadership experience or completion of Boeing's Exploring Leadership course.
• U.S. Person status for export control compliance.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance and citizenship.

• Lead a team of analysts managing financial execution for Boeing Global Services Government Sustainment.
• Develop, motivate, and guide a geographically diverse team.
• Execute financial analysis to inform decisions and meet goals.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
• Drive process improvements and oversee technical approaches.
• Ensure communication within finance and with partners.
• Manage budgets, EVM, compliance, and variance analysis.
• Perform Estimates at Completion, baseline development, forecasting, and risk analysis.
• Develop and execute project and process plans.
• Implement policies and set operational goals.
