Job summary

RTX McKinney is seeking a Financial Analyst to support Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) and EO/IRS programs. This role handles daily financial activities for programs mainly produced at the McKinney Consolidated Manufacturing Center.

You will analyze cost and schedule, forecast, manage EAC, and work with program managers and CAMs to ensure accurate BOM traceability and labor reporting. Collaboration and proactive risk assessment are key to success.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
Experience using SAP business systems
Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

Cost/schedule control and analysis, forecasting, estimate-at‑completion (EAC), variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting for a set of assigned programs.
Frequent collaboration with the Program Manager, and CAM’s/IPTLs, Material Program Managers, and Mission Area PMO/Finance.
Personal involvement in the successful execution of contracts.
Drive the finance process for a set of programs to influence processes related to EVM policies and procedures and ensure we adhere to them with regards to BOM traceability, production labor, and production support labor.
Actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects. Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis will be required as well.
