Job summary

RTX is seeking a motivated OSC Finance Analyst to join the RF Solutions team in a hands-on, onsite role. You will drive cost controls, EAC, EVMS, and reporting while coordinating with Contracts, Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, SAP/BW and advanced Excel skills, and excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience using SAP, SAP BW or similar systems for cost control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Labor tracking, cost transfers, and MRP resource planning using PRISM.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly Earned Value reporting and data analysis.
• Build trust with stakeholders through effective communication and relationships.
• Collaborate during EAC processes and monitor performance of supporting organizations.
• Support variance analyses and financial reviews with OSC management and customers.
• Improve processes with multiple functional stakeholders from start to finish.
• Perform additional ad-hoc analyses as needed.
