Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration with emphasis in accounting/finance; 10+ years cost accounting experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting principles and government contracting practices.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with IPMR/CFSR/CSDR reporting is desirable.
• Proficiency in Excel; SAP and EVM tools are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Support program managers in planning, budgeting, and tracking spending and profits.
• Develop performance baselines and estimates at complete for contracts.
• Prepare customer cost and schedule reports and support EVMS-based analyses.
• Collaborate with PM, Contracts, and Accounting to resolve issues.
• Maintain project WBS and funding status reporting; assist unbilled receivables analysis.
