The Boeing Company is seeking a Financial Analyst (Experienced or Senior) to join the team in Everett, Washington. This role supports the KC-46 Tanker program with a focus on financial performance, forecasting, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of finance experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. On-site role with responsibilities across EVM and DFARS compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in finance or related roles such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, PFA.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with DFARS and EVM concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review Earned Value Management (EVM) data to identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance
• Prepare government contractual cost reporting deliverables (IPMDAR, CSDR, CFSR)
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external controls under DFARS
• Make recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections and assessments
• Build relationships across business and financial stakeholders to develop solutions and drive results
• Support the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
• Support Estimate to Budget Baselines
