Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or related roles such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, Procurement Financial Analysis.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
• 3+ years of experience with financial forecasting and budget creation.

Responsibilities

• Review Earned Value Management (EVM) data to identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance.
• Prepare government contractual cost reporting deliverables (e.g., IPMDAR, CSDR, CFSR).
• Ensure compliance with internal financial polices & external controls under DFARS for U.S. Defense contractors.
• Make recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections and assessments.
• Build relationships and collaborate across multiple business and financial stakeholders to develop solutions and drive results.
• Support the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process.
• Support Estimate to Budget Baselines.
