Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of experience with financial analysis, modeling, or forecasting.
• 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• At least one year in a leadership role or completed Boeing's Exploring Leadership course.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically diverse team to execute financial analysis processes to inform business decisions while meeting operational goals.
• Build relationships with stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements.
• Provide oversight and coaching on technical approaches.
• Ensure effective communication within the finance team and with business partners.
• Manage employees within the Financial Analysis Center of Expertise (COE) supporting the Boeing SI/WS SOW.
• Perform and analyze Estimates at Completion, budget baselining development, financial forecasting and risk management analysis.
• Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals.
• Acquire resources for projects and lead process improvements.
