Job summary

Karman Space & Defense is seeking a Senior Program Financial Analyst. You will provide cost and schedule metrics using EVMS, support WBS development, and maintain program scheduling tools. The role requires DoD financial controls knowledge and strong analytical ability to inform program decisions.

The position is on-site in Mukilteo, WA, following a 9/80 schedule with a 9-hour Mon-Thu shift and a Friday off every other week. Applicants must be a U.S. person under export control laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
• 7–10 years of related experience.
• Proven EVMS principles understanding and application.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost and schedule performance metrics using EVMS or comparable processes.
• Support baseline development including WBS creation and charge number setup.
• Maintain program tools like Microsoft Project or Deltek Cobra.
• Analyze variances to budget; support recovery plan development.
• Report risks and opportunities related to baseline cost, schedule, and EAC.
