Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Finance & Accounting Analyst to partner with Energy, Public Entity and Inland Marine underwriting teams. You will drive performance through robust reporting, planning and analytics and lead financial analyses for strategic recommendations.

The role involves managing reports, data stewardship, variance analysis, and partnering with underwriting teams to shape financial strategy.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
CPA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of finance experience.
Must demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Communicates well across teams and with senior management.
Solid understanding of Finance Tools and Analytical Methods.

Responsabilidades

Prepare and enhance critical financial and operational reports, analyses, plans, and forecasts.
Act as a data steward to obtain required data from internal or external sources.
Perform in-depth variance analyses and identify significant items for underwriting partners.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of reports with full documentation.
Provide financial insights to Energy, Public Entity and Inland Marine underwriting teams.
Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvements in controls and systems.
Follow up on variances and suggest resolutions.
