Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Marine Corps PM MAGTF C2 Program Office. The role drives senior-level financial management, budget analysis, PPBE support, and oversight of funding across MAGTF C2 programs.

The candidate will monitor execution, develop budget forecasts, and ensure compliance with DoW/DoN policies. Responsibilities include preparing FARs, creating financial models, tracking funding against plans, and supporting POM development.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance with eligibility.
• 12+ years DoW financial management or defense budgeting.
• Experience with PPBE processes and budget execution.
• Ability to develop budgets, FARs, and funding plans.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior financial management, budget analysis, and PPBE support for MAGTF C2 programs.
• Monitor funding execution, obligations, and expenditures against budgets.
• Prepare FARs, financial documents, and funding forecasts.
• Develop financial models, spend plans, and reporting.
• Support POM development, budget formulation, and resource planning.
• Prepare executive briefings and decision-support materials.
