Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• CPA or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Senior: minimum of 3 years of finance experience.
• Lead: minimum of 5 years of finance experience.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication with team and across organizational boundaries.
• Comfortable leading meetings and communicating issues to senior management.
• Solid understanding of finance tools and analytical methods.
• Ability to work EST; strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enhance critical financial and operational reports, analyses, plans, and forecasts.
• Act as a data steward for the teams, obtaining required data from internal or external sources.
• Perform in-depth variance analysis and identify items needing investigation.
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all reports with full documentation.
• Partner with a market-facing underwriting team, providing financial insights.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in processes, controls, and systems.
• Perform follow-up investigations on variances and suggest resolutions.
