Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of predictive analytics techniques.
• Statistical diagnostics of models and validation methods.
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Value-driven perspective with regard to work context and impact.
• Competencies typically acquired through PhD; or 2–3 yrs with a Master's; 4+ yrs with a Bachelor's.

Responsibilities

• Assist on design of pricing programs deployment pipeline from modelling to product launch with Deployments team.
• Apply sophisticated analytics to large structured and unstructured data to generate insights for business decisions.
• Identify and test hypotheses, ensuring statistical significance for predictive models.
• Translate quantitative analyses into accessible visuals for non-technical audiences.
• Enable the business to make clear trade-offs between choices with likely outcomes.
• Customize analytic solutions to stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with other data science teams to implement pricing programs using Python packages.
• Manage smaller components of projects of moderate-to-high complexity.
• Support other pricing programs including model adjustments due to state restrictions and prepare supporting docs.
• Engage with data science community and cross-functional groups.
