You will drive business performance through robust financial reporting, planning, and analytics, managing the full scope of financial and operational reporting and forecasting.

This role emphasizes data stewardship, in-depth variance analyses, and the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• Senior: minimum 3 years of finance experience.
• Lead: minimum 5 years of finance experience.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication across teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enhance critical financial and operational reports, analyses, plans, and forecasts.
• Act as a data steward, obtaining required data from GL, loss warehouse, or external sources.
• Perform in-depth variance analyses and identify significant items for investigation.
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and documentation of all reports and analyses.
• Provide financial insights to support underwriting strategy and goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and systems.
• Follow-up on variances and suggest resolutions.
