Job summary

Liberty Mutual is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Loss Insights Analytics team within US Retail Markets Property Claims. You will design high‑complexity analyses that influence claims handling and financial outcomes, translating data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

You will lead moderately complex projects, build reporting frameworks, and partner with Claims Process, Data Office, and Product teams to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field required; 3+ years preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of data sources, tools, statistics, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Excel (VBA, macros, scripts) and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAS or Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-complexity analyses across claims lifecycle.
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks for initiative success and financial metrics.
• Lead end-to-end analytical projects with key partners to deliver measurable impact.
• Synthesize multi-source data into concise recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Proactively identify new analytical opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
