Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst V for a remote, 12-month engagement to support financial planning and cost management across multiple projects. You will analyze costs, monitor performance, manage expenses, and partner with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective cost controls.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in financial analytics, cost analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting, budgeting, expense management, or cost-control processes.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience analyzing financial performance metrics and KPIs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver within timelines and SLAs.
• Exposure to AI tools and their use in business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and forecast future costs.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and provide insights into financial performance.
• Support budget planning and monitor adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators and financial metrics.
• Partner with project managers, department leaders, finance teams and other stakeholders to gather data and understand cost structures.
• Support monthly financial close activities by identifying and reporting costs not yet invoiced.
• Review and approve Purchase Requisition requests and change requests related to costs.
• Support expense management and cost-control processes.
