Job summary

CoreVia Staffing is seeking a Financial Analyst for a 100% remote USA-based position. The role collaborates with senior leaders to analyze expense drivers and advise on cost management strategies.

You will develop financial models, support budgeting and forecasting, and present findings to executives. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in SQL and Tableau, with Workday Adaptive Planning considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and executives to understand expense drivers and advise on cost management strategies.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Finance Director and VP of Finance in key decisions with financial impact.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
