Job summary

MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the finance team, working fully remote from the United States.

You will partner with business leaders and finance leadership to analyze main expense drivers, support budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insights to inform cost-management strategies across the company.

The role requires 3 to 5 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders across the organization.
• Based in the United States, in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.

You will partner with business leaders and finance leadership to understand and analyze the main expense drivers across the organization, and help shape strategies for optimal cost management.

THE CHALLENGE

The finance team needs an analyst who can gather and analyze complex data, draw clear conclusions and present recommendations that directly influence strategic and tactical decisions across the company.

The role owns financial models and reporting that support budgeting, forecasting and strategic initiatives, and acts as a trusted advisor to finance leadership on decisions with financial impact.

Key Responsibilities
