Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst in Sunnyvale, CA. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, spend tracking, reporting, and collaborating with engineering teams to optimize OpEx/CapEx. Expect AI-powered automation and data-driven insights for leadership.

You will build executive dashboards using Power BI/Tableau/Looker, with advanced Excel/Sheets skills, and work across procurement, sourcing, AP, and PM teams to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, spend tracking, and financial reporting across hardware engineering teams.
• Analyze OpEx and CapEx, identify budget variances, explain spending trends, and recommend opportunities for optimization.
• Support quarterly and annual financial planning, monthly accruals, purchase order reconciliation, and vendor spend tracking.
• Develop executive dashboards, financial reports, and actionable insights for directors and senior leadership.
• Implement AI-powered workflow automation and improve existing financial and operational processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Sourcing, Accounts Payable, and program management to ensure financial accuracy and timely execution.
