ASSA ABLOY Group in New Haven, CT, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Corporate Finance team. You will support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting using OneStream and Excel-based tools, and help prepare presentations for leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of finance or accounting experience, GAAP knowledge with IFRS exposure preferred, and strong Excel skills. Some travel may be required as part of cross-functional projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or month-end close.
• Strong GAAP knowledge; IFRS exposure preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with large data sets and pivot tables.
• Experience with OneStream reporting and Excel reports using OneStream queries.
• Experience with ERP/reporting systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Hyperion, Power BI, or Business Objects).
• Ability to prepare clear financial reports and management presentations.

Aufgaben

• Support monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations using OneStream and Excel.
• Build and maintain Excel reports using OneStream queries for recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• Assist with management presentations for leadership reviews.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and trend analysis of actuals vs. plan.
• Analyze financial results and variances to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare intercompany allocations, billings, and related support documentation.
• Support internal controls, audits, and accounting process documentation.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business partners to gather data and explain results.
• Support acquisitions and integration-related reporting and restatements as needed.
