ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH in New Haven, CT, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Corporate Finance team. You will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close, while delivering analyses and PowerPoint presentations for leadership.

You’ll work with OneStream and Excel reports, support integrations for acquisitions, and help improve processes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance, GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and is comfortable partnering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years progressive finance or accounting experience, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or month-end close.
• GAAP knowledge; IFRS exposure preferred.
• Advanced Excel with large data set analysis.
• OneStream reporting experience and related Excel reporting.
• ERP/Reporting systems such as JDE, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Hyperion, Power BI, or Business Objects.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close activities with journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations using OneStream and Excel.
• Build and maintain Excel reports via OneStream queries for recurring and ad hoc analyses.
• Assist with management PowerPoint presentations and annual budgets/forecasts.
• Analyze results, identify risks and opportunities, and provide insights.
• Prepare intercompany allocations, billings, and supporting documentation.
• Support internal controls, audits, and accounting process documentation.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business partners to explain results.
• Support financial integration activities for acquisitions and restatements.
