ASSA ABLOY in New Haven, CT is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Americas Corporate Finance team. You will analyze performance, explain variances, and deliver insights through reports and dashboards.

The role supports close, budgeting, forecasting, and intercompany activities, while driving process improvements and automation. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in finance, a finance/accounting degree, and strong Excel skills; OneStream and ERP exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• A foundation in finance or accounting with a bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in finance.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting or month-end close.
