Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field. 7+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance high-priority, long-term projects with immediate deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
• Experienced in navigating ambiguity and establishing new processes.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or other BI/FP&A tools.

Responsibilities

• Build the Finance Foundation by developing and improving forecasting, planning, reporting, and financial management processes for Connected Products.
• Create scalable tools, reporting, and analytical frameworks to improve visibility and decision making.
• Support revenue forecasting, commercial planning, and new product investment evaluation processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities.
• Partner with Connected Products leadership and cross-functional teams as a trusted finance advisor.
• Contribute financial insights to support growth, profitability, and investment decisions.
• Support monthly forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-range planning.
• Analyze results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare reporting and presentations for executives and business leaders.
• Assist in new product development and investment evaluations through financial analysis.
