Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the Connected Products team, helping establish and improve financial planning, forecasting, reporting and decision-support capabilities.

This role spans hardware, software and subscription offerings in a fast-evolving business and requires collaboration with product, commercial, engineering, operations and finance leaders to drive growth and optimize investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field; 7+ years preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
• Team player with ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and establishing new processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasting, planning, reporting, and financial management processes for the Connected Products business.
• Create scalable tools, reporting, and analytical frameworks to improve visibility and decision making.
• Support revenue forecasting, commercial planning, and new product investment evaluation processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance existing financial processes and reporting capabilities.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to Connected Products leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support monthly forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare reporting and presentations for business leaders and executives.
• Support new product development and investment evaluations through financial analysis and business case development.
